Abstract: Objective To analyze the effect of evidence based nursing care in children with Kawasaki disease. Methods September 2017 - 67 cases of children with Kawasaki disease during December 2018, grouped according to nursing, the observation group (evidence-based nursing administration, n = 33) and control group (conventional nursing, n = 34), comparing the two groups of children with clinical care effect. Results The patient group cooling time was observed, the stool recovery time, hospital stay than the control group (P <0.05); observation group families of children to master the knowledge of the disease (96.97%), treatment adherence (96.97%), time referral rate (100.00%) were higher (64.71%, 70.59%, 73.53%), significant contrast difference between the two groups (P <0.05). Conclusion Compared with traditional methods of care, evidence-based care model the effect is significant, it may improve the patient's condition, while improving the fit of the families of the treatment, with a clinical application advantages. <br>Keywords: evidence-based care; Kawasaki disease; systemic vasculitis
