乙方在职期间向甲方提起仲裁/诉讼和/或各类投诉稽查等，由于双方信任基础

Party B initiates arbitration/litigation and/or various complaints and inspections to Party A during his employment. Due to the weak foundation of trust between the two parties, the continued performance of the labor contract will cause adverse effects or damage to both parties. Party B agrees that Party A has the right to notify him to suspend work. Party A shall provide Party B with treatment in accordance with the standard of waiting-for-job treatment stipulated in the regulations of the place where the contract is performed.

Party B brings arbitration / litigation and / or various complaints to Party A during his employment. Due to the weak foundation of trust between both parties, the continued performance of the labor contract will cause adverse effects or damage to both parties. Party B agrees that Party A has the right to notify him to suspend his work. During this period, Party A shall provide treatment to Party B in accordance with the on-the-job treatment standards stipulated in the laws and regulations of the place where the contract is performed.

During his tenure, Party B filed arbitration/litigation and/or various complaints and inspections with Party A. Due to the weak trust foundation of both parties, continuing to perform the labor contract will cause adverse effects or damages to both parties. Party B agrees that Party A has the right to notify Party A to suspend his work, and during this period, Party A will provide Party B with treatment according to the waiting for post treatment standard stipulated by the laws and regulations of the place where the contract is performed.
