No drug-related adverse reactions were observed during the treatment. Conclusion Hydrocolloid dressing has a definite effect on the treatment of mechanical phlebitis after PICC catheterization, and is more effective than magnesium sulfate wet dressing. The use of hydrocolloid dressing for nursing can effectively reduce the incidence of mechanical phlebitis caused by PICC catheterization, improve the comfort of patients, and reduce the nursing workload with certain clinical promotion and application value.
