With the widespread application of special equipment, the design and research of a shared management system for special equipment have become an important topic. This paper is based on the SSM (Spring+SpringMVC+MyBatis) framework and proposes an effective system design solution by analyzing the requirements and functions of a specialized device sharing management system. Firstly, the paper conducted a detailed research and analysis on the sharing and management requirements of special equipment, including the sharing, reservation, and leasing processes of special equipment resources. By comparing and evaluating existing specialized device sharing platforms, the key features and functions of the system design were determined. Secondly, the paper adopts the SSM framework as the foundation for system development, using Spring as container management and control, SpringMVC as the front-end controller, and MyBatis as the persistence layer framework to implement the basic architecture of the system. In terms of system design, the paper proposes a role-based access control mechanism that ensures that only authorized users can access and use it. Furthermore, this article implements a prototype system and tests and evaluates it. The test results indicate that the system can effectively manage the sharing process of special devices and improve device utilization. At the same time, the system has a good user interface and operability, making it easy for users to operate and manage. In summary, this article proposes a feasible specialized device sharing management system through the design and research based on SSM method. This system can provide a good solution for the management of special equipment, and has a positive significance in improving the utilization efficiency and management level of special equipment.
