In this paper, PEST analysis method and Porter five force model analysis method are used to analyze the marketing situation of Kunming regional marketing environment. The purpose is to analyze the market situation of d Insulin in Kunming region, and give suggestions for improvement measures against the existing problems of NN company, so as to improve the performance of the enterprise and alleviate the suffering of diabetic patients and contribute to the society. The results show that the reason for the low market share of insulin D is that insulin D is still in the period of product introduction, which has the characteristics of low awareness, low profit margin and moderate publicity. If d Insulin wants to occupy a place in the formed Yunnan market, it needs to have a clear positioning for itself, and quickly formulate targeted measures according to the characteristics of the product introduction period.<br>
