Among poor households in the eight sample counties, the coverage of sanitary toilets has also increased significantly, from 8.8% in 2015 to 79.0% in 2020. Especially in poor counties in general, the number of poor households with sanitary toilets has exceeded 90%. The effective solution of sanitary toilets for these "difficult families" will enable the realization of the goal of universal coverage of sanitary household toilets in rural areas just around the corner. (See Table 16, Figure 6)

Coverage of sanitary latrines also increased significantly in poor households in eight sample counties, from 8.8 per cent in 2015 to 79.0 per cent in 2020, especially in general poor counties, where more than 90 per cent of poor households have sanitary latrines. The effective solution of these "difficult families" sanitary latrines will make the goal of universal coverage of rural sanitary toilets ready to go. (See Table 16, Figure 6)
