NOW THIS INDENTURE WITNESSETH that in pursuance of the said agreement and of the observance and performance of the several covenants conditions terms and requirements hereinafter set forth and contained on the part of the Project Owner to be paid, observed and performed the Building Owner do hereby demise and let unto the Demised Premises morefully described in the Schedule hereto together with all other conveniences and all other rights, ways privileges easements servitudes advantages and appurtenances whatsoever belonging or in anywise appertaining or held or belong or to be appurtenant thereto or used or enjoyed herewith for a period of Twenty (20) years commencing from the date of project commissioning subject however to the terms and stipulations hereinafter set forth and contained strictly to be observed and performed and TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said demised premises unto the Project Owner for and during a Period of Twenty (20) Years commencing from the date of project commissioning
