In the event of Warranty extension of the train although the Supplier’s Defect Liability Period has expired, or for other BT needs after the supplier's warranty period has expired, BT may still need support from the Supplier either to repair the Supplier’s Goods or Spare Parts, or to supply components to repair the Supplier’s Goods or parts, at BT cost.Therefore, the Supplier agrees to do such repairs or to supply such components when required by Customer and/or by BT. The Supplier shall submit a list with standard serial prices for different types of repairs and for components. Furthermore the Supplier will allow BT to use the Warranty Spares Float in case of such interventions.
