In this paper, based on the background and characteristics of the veteran health file information management system project, a feasibility study was carried out, and the development of an information management system using the SpringMVC framework based on JavaEE was proposed. The database framework uses MyBatis and the database connection uses JDBC In the design process of the entire system, the structure analysis method in the traditional methodology is used to analyze the needs of the entire system, the system design is completed by the structured design method, and the system implementation is completed by the structured implementation method. The designed system has good scalability, easy function expansion and adjustment; has good security, can prevent information leakage; has the characteristics of strong manageability; and has timely and accurate information processing and information sharing functions.
