confirmed that the therapeutic effect of corticosteroids on scar is achieved by inhibiting the proliferation and biosynthesis of fibroblasts and inducing apoptosis, but corticosteroids can induce apoptosis of fibroblasts in healthy skin. Therefore, if misinjected or infiltrated into healthy skin, it can cause the atrophy of local healthy skin, and the adverse reactions ofthe whole body are obvious. Moreover, the recurrence rate of pathological scar treated by corticosteroids injection is high. It has been proved that the long-term follow-up recurrence rate of pathological scar treated by corticosteroids is high (50%)
