摘 要： 本研究是为了探究青蒿琥酯对炎症性肠病模型小鼠的抗炎作用。在本实验中将 C57BL/6J 雄性小鼠分为空白组（Control）、炎症性肠病模型组（Model）和青蒿琥酯治疗组 （Artesunate，Art），Control 组用纯净水饲喂，其余组采用浓度为 3%的葡聚糖硫酸钠（3%DSS） 代替纯净水饲喂小鼠从而构建炎症性肠病模型，Art 组在饲喂 3%DSS 水前三天开始采用 0. 1ml/10g腹腔注射给药处理。

Abstract: This study is to explore the anti-inflammatory effect of artesunate on inflammatory bowel disease model mice. In this experiment, C57BL / 6J male mice were divided into blank group (control), inflammatory bowel disease model group (model) and artesunate treatment group (Art). The control group was fed with purified water, and the other groups were fed with 3% dextran sodium sulfate (3% DSS) instead of purified water to construct the inflammatory bowel disease model. The art group began to use 0.5% sodium sulfate three days before feeding 3% DSS water 1ml / 10g intraperitoneal injection.
