Hi Jesse In terms of the variation in the results you got from SGS … vs the previous results from TDNW lab, I would make the below commentsWas the recently tested material the same thickness (ie 1.50mm as per Texon lab test) ?Was the recently tested material the same weight (ie approx. 1850gsm – as per the Texon lab test)If the material wasn’t the same, then its not a surprise to achieve different results. One other thing that’s clear from all the work we’ve done on TPU/powder sintered materials … the density of the product has a significant impact on the physical properties. Even if the thickness is the same, if the weight is lower (ie making the density lower) then it can have a profound impact on the physical properties. If you want me to run a lab test in Texon again on your recent material, that’s not a problem (I probably charge less than SGS )
