125吨/小时金铜矿浮选厂生产线流程选矿工艺方案说明1）破碎筛分系统原矿堆存于原矿堆场，采用铲车上矿。原矿仓底设槽式给料机，给矿至一段颚式破碎机进行粗碎，原矿石头入料粒度需要小于480mm,经过一段破碎机后，细度达到50mm左右，粗碎排矿经皮带运输机二段圆锥破碎机进行细破作业，二次破碎后细料经过皮带输送机运至振动筛进行筛分作业，筛下物细度为20mm左右，进入粉矿仓，筛上矿由2号皮带运输机返运至三段圆锥破碎机进行细破作业，三段细度最大入料细度小于150mm,出料细度为20mm左右，破碎后矿石也通过皮带输送机送至振动筛进行筛分。筛下矿皮带输送机运至粉矿仓存储。<br>
