9 禁止商业贿赂9.1 甲乙双方应严格遵守禁止商业贿赂行为的规定，不得借助实施商业贿赂手段、行贿及其他不正常之商业行为，获得不正当的交易利益。9.2 甲方同意切实加强对雇用人员的管理，禁止人员向乙方员工实施商业贿赂行为；包括但不限于直接或间接支付佣金、报酬、回扣或提供任何礼品或招待等。9.3 甲方人员若违反本禁止商业贿赂条款，视为甲方严重违约，乙方有权单方面解除本协议并不承担任何违约责任，甲方需按乙方查明贿赂金额之两倍向乙方支付违约金，并承担因其给予乙方带来的一切损失。
