As regard the Goods to be delivered

As regard the Goods to be delivered, the Supplier is responsible for the compliance of the component/product manufactured with the design drawing/document or the other specification document given as input. This includes the quality-related Bombardier’s expectations.As regard the product safety, the responsibilities are breakdown as follows:Bombardier is responsible for:· The identification of the hazards relevant to the component/part to be supplied;· The definition of the safety-related requirements described in the present specification;· The right transposition of the safety-related requirements / safety measure into the design document (drawing) as given input to supplier;· The correct implementation/mounting of the supplied component/parts into the vehicle upon the Supplier's recommendation.The Supplier is responsible for:· The compliance with the safety-related requirements which are described in the present document;· The right transposition of the safety-related design requirement into the manufactured parts;· The manufacturing of the parts according to the state of the art by following standards, guidelines and rules of technology related to the product and additionally as stated in this document;· The delivery of the compliance evidences in respect of the Supplier's activities scope agreed with BT."
