• All displays and indicators have to be mounted in a manner that allows the operator both to see them and to access them from his/her working position. If only individual machines are to be delivered, the Supplier undertakes to inform himself/itself about the position and operating environment of the machine.• Work activities are to be organized in a manner that prevents the following movements in a high frequency. (High frequency means, e.g., with every machine cycle, irrespective of the cycle duration):■ Twisting of wrists (wringing movements)■ Protruding elbows■ Keeping shoulders too high or too low■ Twisting the neck■ Stooping (including stooping with a heavy load)■ Turning and lifting in a single movement■ Horizontal distances■ Standing versus sitting (has to be viewed depending on the workplace)■ Working when subjected to vibrationsComing into contact (e.g. with parts bins, owing to a poor position) – in this case, tilted parts bins3 Technical requirementsThe Customer will provide an up-to-date list of components. As far as components such as cylinders, sensors, switch cabinet components are concerned, the latter are to be used. Any departures from the list are to be reported and written acknowledgement of the report is to be requested.The customer reserves the right to change the given component to the equivalent of another manufacturer.No purchased parts may be used that have already been discontinued by the Supplier or are even no longer deliverable on the date of the order. In such cases, the Customer is to be consulted.All components that do not match the standard scope of supply of the manufacturer concerned (e.g. special types of construction) have to be reported by the Supplier and approved in writing by the Customer.There is forbidden to have Supplier Logo/Name on the ordered machine.
