Based on the development of mobile reading and the payment strategy of mobile paid reading platform, this paper expounds the current situation of College Students' mobile paid reading behavior. First of all, it analyzes the functions, payment models, sections, characteristics and profit models of typical mobile reading apps with high user penetration and usage rate. Secondly, it investigates the current situation of College Students' mobile paid reading, understands their willingness to pay for mobile reading, and summarizes the influencing factors of paid reading behavior. The results show that 12 factors, including reading content, reading products, paid price, reading platform and social impact, have different effects on College Students' mobile paid reading behavior. Finally, the research results are analyzed, discussed and relevant suggestions are put forward.<br>
