This design belt transportation system is a coal mine ground raw coal transportation system. At present, the production capacity of the mine is 1.8 million tons / year. The ground transportation system of the mine is composed of five belt conveyors which are overlapped in sequence: from 1 × belt conveyor to 4 × belt conveyor, they are common steel frame floor type belt conveyor, and 5 × belt conveyor adopts wire rope core strong belt. Raw coal is transported from the underground coal bunker to the ground by 5 × belt conveyor, then to the 4 × belt conveyor which is overlapped with it, and then to the ground coal bunker or ground coal storage yard by 1 × belt conveyor. The control of the raw coal transportation system adopts the control mode of relay and contactor when it is put into production. The reaction speed is slow, the protection function is slow, and the failure rate is high. The automatic transformation of the transportation system control is of great significance to the production of the mine.
