The research background of this paper is "Design of three-layer elevator control system based on Siemens S7-200PLC", which completes the basic functions of the three-story elevator. Depending on the nature of the elevator itself, it must be recognized that each of the operating button functions can simulate the function of the button on the physical object of the elevator. Press the button on the outside of each elevator, press the number keys, the indicator lights up, the elevator reaches the floor and responds. When a call is requested, the light is off. When pressed, the layer selection button in each floor elevator will be registered. When the elevator travels to the ground and stops, the internal call signal will be cancelled to indicate that the elevator is running. The floor position of the simulated elevator is determined by the in-position switch. When the elevator is running to a certain height, the in-position switch must be manually pressed to determine the floor to be reached. You still need to manually press the in-position switch while the compartment is running. The three-story elevator control system designed in this paper uses the Siemens S7-200 programmable controller to record and eliminate the internal call signals of the three-story elevator, store the memory, eliminate and display the external call signal, and then stop the elevator. The display of the layer signal and the display of the up and down state of the elevator car complete the debugging of the program, and the system is simulated on the QSPLC-III programmable control simulation experiment box. The experimental results prove that the designed three-layer elevator control system is reasonable and correct.
