FAT project improvement: We (FT QC)

FAT project improvement: We (FT QC) plan to decompose every problem into the corresponding process workshop and implement it at each station in the FAT inspection of subsequent projects. The producer and the person in charge of the station will conduct self-inspection and then submit it to QC for inspection, so as to find problems in advance in the vehicle manufacturing process. After the vehicle comes off the assembly line to the commissioning workshop, we will conduct a comprehensive FAT inspection in the commissioning workshop again. In short, we will inspect each item in FAT inspection twice in the process line and final inspection. The following is my intention to divide FAT inspection items into different stations and add spot inspection (see attached table for details).
