Introduction to Betula stripping fungus (piptoporsbetulinus) belongs to the phylum of fungi, basidiomycetes, cladospora, non pleated fungi, porophytaceae, and stripping fungus, also known as Betula porophyta, Betula trichopora or Betula [1 -], which is the exclusive wood rot fungus of Betula. Its morphological characteristics: the fruiting body is medium large (the maximum diameter can reach 30cm), sessile or almost sessile, the upper part is flat semi spherical, the lower part is flat, the early growth stage is dirty white brown, and the later is brown [3]. There is a thin brown skin on the surface, which can show white fungus meat after being torn off, and the edge is rolled in [4] (Fig. 1.1, the photo is provided by Yanbian Huaxia mulberry fungus industry Co., Ltd.).
