[Abstract] Objective: To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on blood glucose and neonatal patients with gestational diabetes. Methods: 164 cases of gestational diabetes in our hospital in December 2017 - June 2019 were randomly divided into intervention group treated with the reference group, all 82 cases, the intervention group to comprehensive care, with reference to routine care group were compared childbirth before and after the fasting blood glucose and 2h postprandial blood glucose levels and neonatal outcomes. Results: After the treatments, fasting blood glucose and two 2h postprandial blood glucose levels than those significantly decreased (P <0.05) before treatment, and the intervention group was significantly lower than reference group (P <0.05); neonatal intervention group 6 patients children hypoglycemia and other adverse outcomes, reference group of 17 cases of adverse outcomes, (7.32%) adverse neonatal intervention group was significantly lower than occurs with reference to group (20.73%), P <0.05. Conclusion: Comprehensive nursing intervention can effectively regulate blood sugar levels in patients with diabetes during pregnancy, improve neonatal outcome, clinical use and has some promotional value.
