Our first objective is to hope after our participants finish the programme their strength 40% to make our programme can reach this objective before we start the programme we take note of our participant’s strength before and after the programme. And for our expected outcome is after our participant finish our programme like our Our second objective is 80% of our participant can decrease their stress after they finish our programme to reach this objective we can provide the pre-test to our participant made by The Mental Health Association of Hong Kong. The expected outcome is after the programme they can understand that exercise can help them deal with stress so in the future, once they feel stressed they can do exercise to release it instead of just leave it thereThe last objective is 50% of our participant after they finish this programme they can keep doing exercise at least 2 days a week our participant can send us a photo of themselves every time when they are doing exercise. And our expected outcome is to change our participant lifestyle through this programme
