The situation almoth teaching method is an important method in the training program of secretarial professional talents, and it plays an important role in the cultivation of the practical ability of secretarial students. At present, the situation simulation teaching method has less research on the practical ability of secretarial students, and most of the research objects are the application and operation process of situational simulation teaching method in a subject of secretarial study, which neglects the subjective initiative of students in situational simulation teaching method. In order to improve students' enthusiasm in situational simulation teaching method and better improve their practical ability, this paper aims to analyze the situation almothelogical teaching method in the secretarial major, focus on the situation simulation teaching method to enhance the practical ability of secretarial students and how to improve these practical ability, so that students can improve their practical ability in the situation simulation suitable for their own, and provide research value for the application of situational simulation teaching method in secretarial science in the future. Using the comparison method, questionnaire survey method and literature analysis method, this paper first analyzes the concrete improvement of the practical ability of secretarial students in the context of simulation teaching method, how to achieve this effect in the analysis of the practical ability of the improvement, and how to use the situation simulation improper effect in the classroom, and finally, the shortcomings of the situation simulation teaching method found in the concrete analysis make suggestions and improve.
