Foam method is to add a proper amount of foaming agent to the evenly mixed slurry for foaming treatment, and to prepare porous material products through stirring, molding, curing and other processes. Foam method is generally divided into physical foaming and chemical foaming, in which physical foaming is to firstly foam the foaming agent by mechanical method, then mix the foamed foam with various batch materials to make slurry, and finally obtain inorganic porous materials through a series of processes such as stirring, molding, curing, etc. The disadvantages of this porous material are mainly manifested in low strength, large bulk density, large water absorption, etc. The chemical foaming rule is to mix the foaming agent, cementing material and water directly and evenly, pour and form, and let stand for foaming to finally obtain the inorganic porous material. Porous material products obtained by chemical foaming process have some problems such as too fast foaming speed and difficult control of pore size.
