4.0 Supplementary Output Information 4.1 GD&T, FT&A, and Engineering Drawings All critical characteristics must be reported out as per GD&T or FT&A shown on the engineering drawings, whether it is a 2-D or 3-D print. Alignments during inspection will always be to print, and require written authorization from TSL prior to any deviations. CMM outputs must also dimension the alignment features used. This is primarily used for trouble shooting, but will aid in the creation of graphical reports available for both the supplier and TSL Motors. If a fixture alignment is used, a fixture certification and accurate CAD file must be submitted alongside the CMM data if it has not been done already.
