we are holding such documents at the disposal of the presenter, we reserve the right, at our own discretion, to contact the applicant for a waiver of such discrepancies. Should the applicant decide to waive discrepancies, and we accept such waiver, we may rescind our refusal without notice to you, release the documents to the applicant, and effect payment as per presenter's payment instructions according to the original terms of the Letter of Credit, unless we receive presenter ‘s authenticated SWIFT instructions to the contrary prior to our receiving and accepting such waiver of discrepancies from the applicant.
