Based on the cognitive appraisal theory, this study takes 512 Shanghai Disneyland tourists as the research object, discusses and verifies whether the flow experience of tourists is affected by the social service landscape of theme parks such as service personnel, performers, and other tourists, and whether flow experience affects tourists' eWOM and revisit intention. And the mediating role of flow experience between the above antecedents and consequences was tested. This study has certain theoretical and practical significance.
