本文主要研究了大豆油和棕榈油与甲醇以NaOH作为催化剂进行酯交换制备生物柴油的反应过程。通过单因素实验分别研究了催化剂用量、搅拌速度、反应时间和反应温度等操作条件对大豆油和棕榈油酯交换反应的影响，通过气相色谱仪检测不同反应因素产品原料油的转化率和生物柴油的产率。通过实验，研究的到大豆油酯交换反应的较优条件为：催化剂用量1.1%，搅拌速度400 rpm，反应时间60 min，反应温度60℃；棕榈油酯交换反应的较优条件为：催化剂用量0.5%，搅拌速度700 rpm，反应时间60 min，反应温度50℃。<br>关键词：大豆油；棕榈油；均相碱NaOH催化剂；酯交换反应；生物柴油

In this paper, the transesterification of soybean oil and palm oil with methanol using NaOH as catalyst was studied. The effects of catalyst dosage, stirring speed, reaction time and reaction temperature on the transesterification of soybean oil and palm oil were studied by single factor experiments. The conversion of raw oil and the yield of biodiesel were measured by gas chromatography. Through experiments, the optimal conditions of soybean oil transesterification are: catalyst dosage 1.1%, stirring speed 400 rpm, reaction time 60 min, reaction temperature 60 ℃; Palm Oil Transesterification: catalyst dosage 0.5%, stirring speed 700 rpm, reaction time 60 min, reaction temperature 50 ℃.<br>Key words: soybean oil; palm oil; homogeneous alkali NaOH catalyst; transesterification; biodiesel<br>
