摘 要<br>热风炉是高炉正常生产必备设备，一般一座高炉配备3~4座热风炉，其可为高炉提供持续的大于1000℃的高温热风，热风炉所提供的热风带入高炉的能量占高炉总热量的四分之一，直接影响着喷煤量以及高炉的经济成本。本文比较了内燃式热风炉、外燃式热风炉和顶燃式热风炉，分析其各自的特点，总结出对于3000m3高炉配备顶燃式热风炉的优势所在。<br><br><br><br><br><br><br>关键词：热风炉；顶燃式热风炉；设计

Abstract<br>The hot blast furnace is the necessary equipment for the normal production of blast furnace. Generally, a blast furnace is equipped with 3-4 hot blast furnaces, which can provide the blast furnace with a continuous high temperature hot blast of more than 1000 ℃. The energy brought into the blast furnace by the hot blast furnace accounts for a quarter of the total heat of the blast furnace, which directly affects the coal injection and the economic cost of the blast furnace.
