By using the analytic hierarchy process, the compound ecological efficiency of Confucius research destination in Banqiao Village is evaluated. From the structural point of view, the structure of the existing industrial subsystem ecological industrial chain is still not perfect. The research destination of Confucius in Banqiao Village is a comprehensive rural complex, which is composed of enterprises in different industries. Its industrial symbiosis network is complex in theory and should be built around the material exchange between enterprises in different industries. However, from the practical point of view, the enterprise cluster effect formed within and across industries in the park is not obvious. The leading enterprises in the park have weak driving ability, and most of them are still under construction. The level of supporting cooperation with local SMEs is not high, and the industrial chain is relatively short. Therefore, it is necessary to adjust the industry and product structure, extend the industrial chain, increase the added value of products, and achieve optimal development. Secondly, from the functional point of view, there are many defects in the management of land resources in the park, resulting in low output capacity per unit land area. As an idyllic complex area, the park needs land to maintain its maximum ecosystem service function while improving the industrial symbiosis ability of the park, which is reflected in the functional level, that is, the supply function of the park needs to be considered. Therefore, it is necessary to make rational use of the park land resources, maintain a certain amount of farmland and ecological land, and improve the ecological service function of the park land.
