In this paper, the effects of different ages, density and fertilization on Ginkgo biloba yield, total flavonoid content and economic yield were studied, and the main results were as follows: (1) there were significant differences in the yield of inter-treatment, total flavonoid content and economic yield, among which the seedling age significantly affected the yield of dried leaf mu, the total flavonoid content in the leaf, but the effect was not affected by the opposite effect of the opposite effect on the yield of the dried leaf mu, the total flavonoid content in the leaf. The density had a significant impact on dry leaf yield and economic yield, but had little effect on flavonoid content, and fertilization significantly improved leaf yield and economic yield, but had little effect on total flavonoid content. (2) The effects of different treatmentons on Ginkgo biloba yield, total flavonoid content and economic yield were mainly caused by the single factors of age, density and fertilization, while the interaction effect of composite factors was not great. (3) Combined with the evaluation of the membership function and the actual production, the better processing A1B1C4, A2B1C2, A2B1C4, A1B1C2, A1B1C3, A2B1C3 were selected. In summary, the production should be based on the medium density B1 conditions of young seedlings, and the appropriate fertilizer application not only to increase leaf yield and flavonoid content, but also to improve economic output, to achieve the increase in yield and lifting of leaf garden.
