Based on the study of domestic and foreign literature on the meaning, withdrawal mechanism, and influencing factors of the withdrawal of homestead use rights, this article uses the theory of farmers’ behavior theory, land property rights theory and welfare economics theory to influence the current Pingdu City A theoretical assumption is made on the factors of the withdrawal of the right to use the idle homestead.

On the basis of studying the meaning, exit mechanism and influence factors of the withdrawal of the right to use the homestead, this paper uses the theoretical basis of the theory of farmers' behavior, the theory of land property rights and the theory of welfare economics to make theoretical assumptions about the factors affecting the withdrawal of the right to use the idle homestead in Pingdi City.

Based on the literature review at home and abroad on the meaning of the withdrawal of the right to use the homestead, the withdrawal mechanism, and the influencing factors, this paper makes theoretical assumptions on the influencing factors of the withdrawal of the right to use the idle homestead in Pingdu City with the help of the theory of farmers' behavior, land property rights and welfare economics.<br>
