San Severino farm is on a land development process since 2011, in order to improve its productivity and in consequence profitability. In the beginning, was a 100% cattle farm, lacked of infrastructure and development. Currently, has more than 2,700 hectares croppable with multiple rotations: wheat, winter grasses (oat, vicia, barley, triticale, rye, rye-grass, etc.) , summer grasses (sorghum, corn) and pastures, that allow to keep improving carrying capacity and forage quality.
