It is worth noting that in co mixed and coaxial nanofiber membranes, the release rate of ASTA decreases with the increase of GO content. We speculate that this may be due to the large number of carboxyl, hydroxyl, and epoxy functional groups in GO reacting with the amino groups of CS to form a large cross-linked structure, which gradually makes it difficult for the nanofibers to dissolve and swell, making it difficult to release the loaded ASTA. This result is consistent with previous research on the regulation of allicin (Alli) release rate by GO content in nanofiber membranes.
