Abstract:<br>This design is to introduce the application of the sequence control of the loading car. The PLC s7-1200 of Siemens company is used as the main control body. According to the requirements, the automatic loading and unloading control of the trolley at three specific positions and the corresponding workpiece detection are completed, and it is required to be combined with MCGS touch screen. The design requirements are as follows:<br>1. No matter where the trolley is at any position of the conveyor belt, it will return to No. 1 bin for automatic stop and loading, and then it will arrive at No. 2 bin for partial unloading and No. 3 bin for full unloading. After unloading, it will return to No. 1 bin and stop at the same time. At the same time, the signal light flashes for three times. The trolley can cycle back to work or stop at any time. At the same time, by setting the touch screen parameters, the trolley can remotely control the movement and loading and unloading range, so that the car can complete the automatic work according to the corresponding data. Using the performance of the three sensors, the recognition, detection and display functions of different materials can be realized.<br>2.
