I understand that you have a missing purchase. I can see how this can be very worrisome, so I want to help as best as I can. Could you reach back out to us and provide the purchase receipt from Itunes indicating this charge?
You may provide a screenshot from your iPhone / iPad showing the purchase.
For your convenience, the relevant steps are listed below. Please note that you will need to follow these steps exactly, as we are only able to confirm the purchase through the purchase receipt specifically:
Go to Settings.
Tap on [your name], then on iTunes & App Store.
Tap your Apple ID, then tap View Apple ID. You might be asked to sign in with your Apple ID.
Swipe up to Purchase History and tap it.
From here, tap the Arrow that is next to the price (at the bottom right of the purchase) until you reach the purchase receipt, which will show the exact date and time of when this purchase was made.
That screenshot will show the date the purchase was made and will provide additional details on that specific purchase that we need to further investigate.
