• Ensure a Demo filing cabinet is kept in mutually agreed upon location to be used by the Demo Club Supervisor and Club Management for retention. This filing cabinet should always be kept organized and in good order. • During non‐preparation times, the Club Supervisor will be utilizing the demo kitchen to perform administrative tasks. On the Club Supervisor’s day off or in the event they are absent, the Lead Specialist will be in the Club to supervise. • No demo equipment may be utilized in the storage or preparation of a Tastes and Tips Associates’ or any Club Associates’ meal. In addition, no personal items may be kept in the demo kitchen or refrigerator. This includes Event Specialists’ lunches or coats. • The Club is responsible for changing out the detergent, as well as the sanitizer bags, under the three compartment sinks.
