Rotor failure for induction motors, usually refers to the fault bar fault, and for permanent magnetic synchronous motor, generally refers to the permanent magnet de-magnetic failure. The permanent magnet material used to make permanent magnet synchronous motors is low in temperature, poor temperature constant and high temperature coefficient. Therefore, when the external magnetic field is converted, especially at high temperatures, the permanent magnet demagnetizes. Because the magnetic circuit of the motor is symmetrical, the demagnetization dynamic generated by the stator current will act on all the magnetic poles, so when the permanent magnetic synchronous motor has a demagnetization failure, it is generally shown as all the magnetic pole demagnetization. The production process of the motor, the overload of the motor, the adverse reaction son of the armature, and the high temperature of the motor can all cause such failures. The problems of motor speed, instability of torque, vibration in operation process and excessive running noise are the fault of permanent magnet demagnet de-magnetic failure.
