The article takes Liupanshui Normal University as an example and takes the satisfaction of online learning students in the elective courses on the public platform of Liupanshui Normal University as the research object. Data is collected through a questionnaire survey and analyzed using SPSS analysis software. Research has found that factors such as student gender, major, individual, curriculum, and environmental factors have a significant impact on the satisfaction of online learning in elective courses. The design and scheduling of course content, as well as the learning motivation of elective courses, are also key factors affecting students' satisfaction with online learning. Finally, some relevant countermeasures were proposed from three levels: students, universities, and online platforms, providing some reference for improving students' satisfaction with online learning and online learning.
