This chapter first introduces the static and dynamic characteristics of power grid frequency, and analyzes the reasons for frequency fluctuations in the power grid. Aiming at frequency fluctuations, the method of system frequency adjustment is introduced, and the mechanism of frequency response is studied. On this basis, the analysis points out that a large number of doubly-fed induction wind turbines will affect the frequency adjustment of the system after being connected to the grid. Finally, the frequency characteristics of the doubly-fed induction wind generators are studied, and it is pointed out that the grid-connected doubly-fed induction wind generators will make the system As the moment of inertia is reduced, it is necessary to add a frequency control link to the doubly-fed induction wind turbine to convert the kinetic energy stored in the rotor into active power, provide certain active support for system frequency adjustment, and provide the control strategy proposed in the next chapter Theoretical basis.
