The customer got this photo from their customer so we will not be able to get any more. They haven’t confirmed how many parts have the problem as they have just replaced the parts and scrapped the old ones. They have told us about it to make us aware and ask us to find out how it has happened and to try and make sure that it doesn’t happen in the future, they are not asking for any money for replacements or repairs at the moment. The problem is a real one though, we have seen it before under TR1412 and we had assumed that I was F133 but we have the serial number of one of the parts this time and it is definitely F25. Please can we investigate and see what is causing the issue. If more parts are sent with this issue then the customer may start rejecting back to us and expecting compensation.
