In 2020, the BBAC MFA factory will be changed from the original double shift to single shift production, and the customer service staff will be reduced from 4 to 2. Due to the many SOP quality problems of LEAR 206 handrail project in July 2021, the customer service ratio is 2 people in the day shift and 1 person in the night shift. In order to ensure the product delivery quality, one person is deployed to support LEAR hundred inspection products. Another customer service was transferred to Baoding to support the Great Wall project. Now BBAC MFA factory has resumed double shifts to support the Great Wall project personnel to return to their posts. Considering the workload balance of night shift and product quality delivery, the customer service personnel supporting LEAR cannot be transferred back. Therefore, we hereby apply for adding one customer service personnel to MFA factory to meet the customer's service requirements.
