Matters needing attention in transportation: hydrogen peroxide should be added with enough stabilizer. The hydrogen peroxide content ≥40% must be approved by the railway bureau during transportation. All-steel boxcars for hydrogen peroxide are transported in accordance with regulations. The designed barrels, tanks and boxes must be qualified in packaging test and approved by the railway bureau; hydrogen peroxide with a content of ≤3% can be transported under general cargo conditions. Ship separately during transportation, and ensure that the container does not leak, collapse, fall, or be damaged during transportation. It is strictly forbidden to transport it in parallel with acids, combustibles, organics, reducing agents, spontaneously combustibles, and flammables when wet. When transporting, the speed should not be too fast, and overtaking is not allowed. Transport vehicles should be thoroughly cleaned and washed before and after loading and unloading, and it is strictly forbidden to mix organic matter, flammable matter and other impurities.

Hydrogen peroxide water limited to all-steel shed vehicles in accordance with the provisions for transport. The barrels, cans and boxes designed shall be qualified for packaging testing and approved by the Railway Bureau, and the content of ≤3% hydrogen peroxide shall be transported according to the conditions of ordinary goods. When shipping alone, the transport process to ensure that the container does not leak, do not collapse, do not fall, do not damage. It is strictly prohibited to mix with acids, flammables, organic matter, reducing agents, self-igniting articles, wet and flammable articles, etc. The speed of the vehicle should not be too fast during transport, and no overspeed shall be imposed. Before and after loading and unloading of transport vehicles, should be thoroughly cleaned, washed, strictly prohibited mixed with organic matter, flammable materials and other impurities.
