For middle school students, the process of students learning biology to explore the phenomenon of life is bound to carry out a variety of experiments, for secondary school biology teachers, explain ingenase many complex abstract knowledge points, in teaching the use of 5E teaching mode, can make boring biological subject knowledge concrete, can effectively mobilize students' enthusiasm for learning, in order to improve students' learning efficiency and ability to cooperate and exchange. This paper investigates the current situation of 5E teaching mode in high school biology teaching by means of questionnaire, and concludes that 58% of students are not very interested in biology curriculum, 54% of students understand 5E teaching mode, students are basically aware of the 5E teaching 5 teaching links, and design the 5E teaching model teaching case column for example, taking the example of chapter 5 of the fifth chapter of the high school biology compulsory section, "Reducing the enzyme of activation energy" as an example, in order to provide some reference for the practice of 5E teaching. And in this way to stimulate the biological science normal students or teachers for the exploration of biological teaching methods.
