低温连接器用金属软管位于低温加排管路末端，实现低温加排管路与低温连接器

低温连接器用金属软管位于低温加排管路末端，实现低温加排管路与低温连接器之间的柔性连接，并随低温连接器完成连接器的对接、随动、脱落等动作，以往低温连接器用金属软管未针对柔性开展特殊设计，软管完全半径大、柔性差，给连接器的对接操作带来一定的困难、对接操作耗费较长时间等问题，需针对金属软管开展柔性提升研究。本文针对连接器用金属软管柔性提升研究工作进行总结，为同类金属软管的设计、选用提供依据。

This paper summarizes the research work of flexible lifting of metal hose for connector, and provides the basis for the design and selection of similar metal hose.<br>

The metal hose for cryogenic connector is located at the end of cryogenic charging and discharging pipeline, which realizes the flexible connection between cryogenic charging and discharging pipeline and cryogenic connector, and completes the docking, follow-up, shedding and other actions of connector with cryogenic connector. In the past, the metal hose for cryogenic connector was not specially designed for flexibility, and its complete radius is large and its flexibility is poor, which brings some difficulties and takes a long time to the docking operation of connector. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out research on the flexibility improvement of metal hose. In this paper, the research work on flexibility improvement of metal hoses for connectors is summarized, which provides a basis for the design and selection of similar metal hoses.
