The kinematics of women's golden ball windmill-like pitches was studied and analyzed. Three 16 right female base pitchers with different skill levels were selected, including 5 high-level athletes,5 professional athletes and 6 amateur athletes. The 16 pitchers were filmed performing five windmill-style pitches each and three-dimensional motion analysis through the Kwon 3D analysis system. The results show that advanced softball windmill-type pitchers have the greatest chance to throw at the last moment of maximum pitching speed Key elements of a coherent combination of action techniques at the speed of the ball. The characteristics of the 16 softball pitchers'windmill-type pitching technique are analyzed, and the shortcomings and defects are revealed.
