he gas-phase epoxidation reaction of propylene, hydrogen and oxygen is an environmentally friendly process for the synthesis of propylene oxide and has potential application prospects. Herein, the centrifugally washed catalyst Au / TS-1 - W and the unwashed catalyst Au / TS-1 - N were used for propylene gas phase epoxidation after pretreatment with different gases of H2 and O2.The results showed that the catalytic performance of Au / TS-1 can be improved without washing and O2 pretreatment.Through XPS and O2-TPD analysis, it is found that the main reason is that the unwashed Au/TS-1-N catalyst can adsorb more molecular oxygen and promote the activation of adsorbed oxygen on the surface.
