难的时光。实习使我从学生变成了教师。两个月来，我在教学计划的准备和编写、班级的安排、学时的掌握等方面都取得了很大的进步。两个月时间不长，但感情很多。首先，实习是对个人综合能力的考验。要讲好英语，除了扎实的英语基础知识外，还需要有一定的实践能力。作为教师，也要求有较强的表达能力，还要善于引导学生思考，调节课堂气氛。这也要求我们改变传统枯燥的教学模式，大胆创新，不要总是拘泥于旧的教学方法，在教学中要有自己独特的、创新的。让同学们在每节英语课上心情愉快，也方便了我的毕业论文研究。英语是一种语言。因此，除了课堂效果，还需要让学生多读书、多说话、多练习。在晨读、口语练习中，我充分利用有效时间，发现问题及时纠正。课后，学生的作业问题也得到及时解决，解释清楚，让学生能立即消化。此外，部分无意识的学生还采取强背等方式提高能力。其次，实习让我深刻认识到了积累知识的重要性。虽然这次实习被教科书提到，但学生们经常询问课本以外的知识，其中一些知识与人文历史和地理有关。当我们在晚上接受辅导时，我们没有机会离开教室，因为学生们不停地问问题。在此期间，我与其他实习生交流，吸取经验，弥补不足。通过这次实习，我真正理解了一位大四学生给我发来的一句话：“在学校里多看多学，对社会总是有用的时候。第三，实践让我明白了知识的重要性。我们能做的就是吸收更多的知识，提高我们的综合素质。

During this period, I communicate with other interns, learn from them and make up for their shortcomings. Through this internship, I really understood a sentence sent to me by a senior student: "it is always useful for the society to watch and learn more in school.
