FAI was completed for the PN listed above finding three nonconforming issue:
1) FAI Item 41 – Require ↓ 1.10±.015 actual is 1.153 – 1.165 (See itemized print)
2) FAI Item 71 – 2x Ø .062 NOTE 4. DO NOT ANODIZE THREAD OR DIAMETER – Anodize chemical leach thru Ø .062. (see attachment photo)
3) FAI Item 72 – .030 X 45º CHAMFER BREAK ALL TUBE SLOT. Found missing chamfer and sharp edges inside Ø1.400 edges (see print attachment)

Please advise how you want to disposition three quality findings listed above.
